Our Beginnings

It started with a question. In early 2004, Karen Jolley and Todd Buckley were in a weekly education session at a previous brokerage. They had separately been assisting home buyers and sellers for years and were two of the top Realtors in the area. Karen asked if Todd would consider a business partnership where the two, and their staffs would combine forces in order to enhance service and bring more balance to their lives. Like any good salesperson, Karen (and her husband Mark) came to the conversation with a number of reasons why this was a good move. Not long after, Todd (and his wife Natalie), agreed and the four started a nine-month process to form The Buckley Jolley Real Estate Team. After researching, studying, and visiting with top real estate firms across the country, Buckley Jolley opened its doors as an independent real estate firm in December of 2004.
